So today was the third time coming to get my nails done. She did accommodate to my particular nail need. I do give her that but 2hours and a half later she still had me soaking while she took care of someone else and I have things to do.So I was upset and told her that I needed her to finish me up cause I had to go and she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to come back. I could have just walked out without paying but that's not who I am. I was very upset and disappointed in her services. Si when I was not as upset I asked her if she was going to finish my nails and she said to go somewhere else. This very unprofessional of her AND the person who she was assisting left the shop and then came back and talked to her crazy which was really weird because I don't care how long I've known you I would never speak to...

For the people saying this is a good place, I don’t know what to say. My first visit didn’t even last 20 mins. I went in for a pedicure because I’m not close to home, she sat me down. She was nice and all, set up everything, started what I thought was pedicure. Then when it came to cutting my nails, pushing my cuticles and removing, she was going to use dirty instruments. I questioned her and stopped her and she said they sterilize it once and put it in a cup with alcohol. This is definitely not my first pedicure so I know better. Then when I asked her how much for the little work she had done (which was just remove the shellac on my toes) she was charging me $15. First of all let me say I’m sooo glad I found this place and Lisa. I have been to several nail salons around the area and every single time it has been a bad experience due to the employees being completely rude to me the whole time. As soon as I got there Lisa started on my nails right away. These reviews are not lying when they say she treats you like family. I felt so happy and comfortable here and to top it off she was really fast and efficient finishing my nails since I hate sitting for hours to get my nails done.
