I brought Furniture at Discount Furniture on 5702 Bingle Rd, Houston, TX 77092 The Bed Broke from the Frame. I Called Them to Ask If They could help me with my Situation. They We're so Nice When I first brought the Furniture. But Don't let That Cheap Furniture Break. They we're so rude. They told Me That I Couldn't return it, and Didn't offer Any Solutions. Advice don't break them Off No Money for their furniture, because their Furniture will Break on you.

I Just read on 12/4/20 that The Owner said I Wanted To Break the Contract. Again the Only thing That broke was y'all's furniture. Again Discount Furniture Should be Called Don't Count furniture. Don't count on their Furniture, or them. Don't Let that Cheap Furniture Break! When you call them Count On them Dising you! Stay Safe Googlers

That I never Knew Or agreed on I don't even know who the hell These People are.?

Make sure you check your contract if you Use Their in house finance Company called Snap Finance, or any paperwork. Discount Furniture has been Exposed On this underhand Unprofessional Sneaky Step. I Only can Suggest not to due business with them at All.

I Knew something didn't feel right About Their Manager who processed my Snap App. I've Learned that what you do in the dark God will Eventually be brought to Light for Everybody to See. Thank you Jesus!!!

That's some illegal Stuff! Cheap Furniture, And Cheap tactics....

First ive looked at so many furniture stores tried talking to different people i live far so really cant go places especially haveing a baby..i spoke with tara on the phone who took the time and texted me pictures of deals they had and kept sending me all different ones which i am hard to please next day i sent her one out of the things she sent me and got me a really good deal for my livingroom, dinning room ,and bedroom , i was excited..then delivery they gave me a heads up when they would be here got here at the exact time they said. They came in set everything up perfect..they where very nice and respectful men which there names where(Robert & David)... i am very pleased with this furniture place if it wasnt for yall i would still be without furniture because i dont have time to go anywhere and look and my husband works alot also..and we where both able to finally sot down look at the pics and get what we both wanted now that everything is set up our new home that we are buying is now Home sweet home i recommend this place to everyone who is reading this if you dont have time to go up there and look at furniture call them they will send you picture's you will be pleased i promise.......

Very frustrating experience. I bought my furniture on 1/25/2019 and was told my stuff would be delivered the following tuesday. On Tuesday I get a call saying that the driver got in a wreck so they'll have to deliver it tomorrow. Next day I don't hear anything so I call her and she confirms the driver will be there so I wait and nothing. No one followed up and this time the excuse was that she forgot to inform the drivers?!. Today we are on the third day and I had to make the calls to make sure they were coming and I was once again assured so I waited the whole day. At first, they said that my furniture got damaged and that they'll have to go swap it, then apparently they can't drive when it's raining and then the driver finally told me at 7:45pm that they are one sop away but nothing. No one is responding and god knows when I will receive the stuff I paid for. Please don't trust these people and take your business elsewhere. They have an excuse for everything and I still have no idea where...
