Had not been to this location since they last raised their prices on this meal, six pc wings with fries. The meal normally comes with fried rice but I was inducted into the TC world via 8 pc wings with french fries so I pay the small substitution fee. I thought it was going to be about $7.50 but their new policy is to charge for condiments! Adding the 3 packets of hot sauce at 15 cents each, with tax, my bill was over $8.00! Who charges for condiments? Most places usually gives the customer, and yes, that's what I was, even at TC, at least 1 packet for free. Not knowing how many I would need, I purchased 3. I ended up only using one. I stretched the one packet, to make it last. What to do with the other 2 packets? I wish I could sell them back, as I won't be needing them for another 6 months. Maybe by that time, I'll buy my own hot sauce. I guess I could put it on Craigslist... The chicken I remember from 6+ months ago, was not the same. Something had changed. Maybe the recipe was different. Some companies change products in order to save money (or in order NOT to have to charge for condiments). The taste was not the same. Hopefully other TC locations have not changed their recipes. It'll probably be another six months before I can eat another six pc wings with french fries meal. Even so, it won't be from there. $8.00+ is just too much to pay for something you could make at home.

Extremely disappointed of this location on Antoine. Came by to grab some dinner 04/21/22 and I must say these people really jacked up the prices on every single thing. I must say I haven't been to this location in awhile but I noticed they expanded a little bit and moved the restrooms to the way back and the dinning area was very clean very clean. They reason for the 2 stars is because I can't stand when you run a business and you can't understand the customer and what they want. There's a language barrier issue and that doesn't cut it for me. Another thing, if you jack up them prices to your food you must deliver and your food must always taste great. I ordered a medium beef lomein and the meat was burnt the broccoli was extremely starchy along with the noodles. Those noodles were very starchy gooy and salty. This place has lost its touch and has become real stingy with their food. I remember when w6 was only like less than $6 and they gave you a ton of rice and now they give you like 1 cup. I won't return and I don't recommend this location on bit.

I ordered two 6 wings and rice dinners that comes with bread and rice. I asked for shrimp fried rice on both. The shrimp didn’t look fine they were pink I never seen pink shrimp inside of fried rice, On top of that the bread was hard I had to peel the tip off the bread off to eat it the bottom was extremely hard, the chicken was ok would have been better if it was fresh, oh and I ordered a side of fried shrimp which was not bad and two egg rolls which was good I believe because they were fresh. Anywho I thought the man behind me was crazy because he put emphasis on he wanted hot chicken ( fresh chicken). I won’t be returning to the location and the wait was extremely king to get undercooked and overcooked food. 3/8/23 I didn’t eat the rice it taste awful. What a waste of money spent almost 50.00.

UNSEASONED CHICKEN& HARD UNDERCOOKED RICE This is the nicest I can be right now, it’s about time for Timmy Chan’s to hang it up! I use to like some of the food here, now they can’t get anything right.I recommended them to my visitors then took a 20 minute road trip(lol) here. When we walked in it smelled like old Pine Sol 🥴instead of food which one of my visitors pointed out(That should’ve been the first red flag). Also, I noticed a sign “no public restroom” hmmm🤔at a place that offers the option to dine in(another red flag), thank God they didn’t want to eat there anyway. When we got the bags my visitor then again mentions “the bags doesn’t smell like chicken”.I checked the plates to ensure that our orders were correct. The orders were correct but the chicken didn’t have any signs of seasoning. I told my visitor “no worries the food will be great you’ll see”, then 🙏🏾all the way home.We all ate, gave bad feedback to one another immediately, and threw the food out🚮.I tried to eat at least half but couldn’t do it.The rice was undercooked and the chicken didn’t have any seasoning on it.I tried to add seasoning but that’s better done in the flour and/or the chicken when it’s raw. I had to get my visitors Frenchy’s (they ❤️it) so that they wouldn’t be left with the impression that Houston has...
