Marcia and Tania provide a stellar customer experience. Despite the long hours Marcia puts into managing these apartments during a crisis, she promptly addressed all of my questions via email and got everything squared away without issue.
My new apartment has been cleaned well and they did a good job painting it. Appliances look mostly new, which is nice. Something that impressed me about my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is the fact there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. All rooms and hallways have lights, and both installed shower heads have very strong water pressure that can be adjusted. It is rare for me to see such nice shower head installed in an apartment of such great value.
There were a couple of concerns with the new apartment (compared to a long list of positives), but Marcia showed great empathy when I brought these to her attention and put in a call to have my issues resolved immediately.
The property is fenced (this includes a tall and sturdy wall near my apartment in particular that helps me feel safe) and has gates. I have seen security at night each time I drove in as well.
From my apartment, we are a two minute walk from Dairy Queen, and only five to ten minutes away from many businesses, restaurants, plazas, and more. My wife and I are really excited to be able to go on walks from our apartment this summer without needing to drive.
Yes, these are older apartments and they probably need to do some more work on all the apartments as a whole. But it is obvious they have been putting a LOT of effort into renovation, security, and amenities. The fact that they put such nice fans into my apartment, nice appliances, etc... Shows me that Casa Rosa is putting a lot of effort into customer satisfaction and earning my loyalty.
For those looking to get a nice, spacious apartment at a great value, please loo here. There is no "catch" other than the fact that they're still working on renovating and fixing some things up. Rent costs will surely increase as more and more renovating is done, so get in now! Would...
Read moreI have been here for some years now and to tell the truth it is the best place to call home. Management and their team are truly helpful and works well with you as long as you have great communication skills. As like any place you have ups and downs but here more ups than downs. They truly adhere to your needs especially when it comes to your health and family needs. I will say as I have informed the management if Mrs. Marcia is not here neither am I because no manger I've meet has ever been as caring and considerate as Casa Rosa MANAGER. She is the best in the business, and we need more management like her. This is not just a job to her, but it is more she has implemented FAMILY. I truly THANK GOD for allowing me to stop in and begin a new place to call home.

Read moreThe positive vibes from Marcia & Tania is the first thing that made me want to give this complex a chance. From the first phone call to the first visit to the office, they were warm, welcoming and patient with the application process. Then when I met them in person, WOW!, I was really impressed with the energy they give off. I have been living here now for five months and they have not disappointed. They are never short with you and truly care about your experience as a resident. The maintenance requests are filled timely and you even get a follow up call to see if you were satisfied with the work done. I would definitely recommend Casa Rosa if you are looking for quality management, affordability, metro access and convenience to food and household...
