Started good but ended badly.

I went in and looked at a table (at their store, with my own eyes) and decided to buy it (paying around $3000 for it). When it arrived, the delivery guys made a noticeable dent on it. They ordered a new one for me and when it arrived, it had scratches on the corner and one of the metal legs had a peeled spot. This time around, they came back with this not being a noticeable issue and "you bought this when we were having our sale so your options are (a) you can keep the old one instead, or (b) have our delivery guy fix it with a brown marker."

The main reason for the bad review is that they basically made me feel as if I was being difficult because they had already ordered a new table, when they were the ones who made a dent (which also painted the table red!) in the first place. They also attempted to make me feel unreasonable for expecting furniture to arrive without noticeable dents, scratches or peelings.

Just know that the fact that you buy something on sale does not necessarily mean that it can later on arrive with dents or scratches when you are still paying money for it and you saw the condition the item was in when you bought it. Working with Meredith was a joy. The quality and customer service exceeded our expectations. Her store is beautiful and has so many lovely pieces. We were looking for inspiration and we definitely found it. We ordered 2 white, custom Sherrill couches. I knew things could be delayed as the delivery was anticipated over the holidays. Ordered a two custom sofas and a custom leather chair in early December. Was told 6 to 8 weeks. Received the first sectional sofa and leather chair after 12 weeks.
