When you enter the establishment, it has a huge bakers counter which displays the meats, cheeses and spreads they have. Behind the counter on the wall, you will see their white board which has the menu displayed. It shows you what you can order for breakfast and lunch. It list the different options. I was so hungry I didn't pay attention but it's in numerical order. Example it displayed one meat, one egg, and one cheese and then on the bottom underneath that says #1. choose your meat and it list the meat to choose from and #2. Choose your bagel and so on. I don't obviously remember the correct order, in which they have their list in, but you get the jisps of things...right! Its basically create your own bagel. The bagels were very delicious and you could taste the freshness of the dough. I think the only thing that was missing was perhaps a signature sauce to make the bagel sandwich stand out more. Oooo and before I forget try some Joe's half and half tea. The drink was very refreshing! Overall I said this was great breakfast choice! Give it a try if your looking for something more small business - mom and pop style type own restaurant. Side note: The staff were very friendly and personable. Also, I learned that the owner is from Queens NY. That's always exciting news to hear, since I'm from NY too.

Was visiting with a friend and was going to pick up some breakfast bagels to share and I was near the area when I decided to stop by. Bagels are good. We got to of the bacon egg and cheese bagels and I added sausage on mine. Line was long (out the door) but moved sort of quickly. Once you order it does not take much longer to get your food. Sitting is limited and its BUSY so I would not recommend meeting here to catch up during their morning / afternoon rush as you will find it hard to find a place to sit. Parking is ample if youre picking up but be sure to make time to wait in line. Overall happy with the food and would try again if nearby. Probably not worth a 30 minute drive as they are not out of this world and you can find comparable bagels at different spots around town. I did get two lattes but would not order them again. They lacked flavor and tasted too watery. Also, they do not fill up the cups which is a disappointment because I ordered two small ones and after three sips they were gone. Overall as a bagel place its a solid option, not so much as a coffee spot. They do have a variety of pastries as well but I skipped out on those however If I do go back I will be sure to try some as they did look appetizing.

NY bagel in TX!!! Say what?! 🥯 🙌🏽🔥 Omg, I was next door bringing my mom for an appointment and I kept noticing these cars kept pulling up and parking to go inside the shop next door. I wondered what it was and realized it was a bagel shop. I hadn’t eaten breakfast and decided to check it out. To my surprise, it was a NY style bagel shop. Omg yummmm! 🤤I was born and raised in NY so to have a piece of my childhood here in H-Town was a treat 🥰 When you walk in, you definitely get NY vibes. Just simple and morning fancy about the decor. The aroma of bagels smell amazing. I ordered the lox in a garlic bagel and it’s was delicious. It definitely hit the spot. The prices are reasonable for the amount of ingredients they stuff into the bagel and the quality of their food. I also ordered the fresh squeezed orange juice and that was refreshing 🥰 I’ll def be back I will tell all my fam from NY who now live in TX, to come visit 💕 PS, this spot is definitely popular for all the great things I mentioned above so don’t be surprised if there is a line. Definitely worth the wait and there is also an option to order online and just pick up ;)

I've passed by this place on my way to work for a couple months now, and I'm kicking myself for not stopping in sooner. The café is super cute and bright, and the ambient music they have playing is the perfect mix of calming and upbeat.

I ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese on an Everything Bagel, and a Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, and holy cow are they both everything I could ever wish for! I could see them cooking the eggs fresh on the grill behind the counter, whole eggs, not the scramble mix most other places use. The egg had that perfect crispy brown edge to it, and the yolk was cooked to perfection, not too soft that it was running all over the sandwich and making a mess, but not too hard that it was chalky and crumbling all over. The bagel itself is both soft and crunchy and smothered in seasoning that exploded with flavor with each bite. Absolutely delicious! And the Orange Juice? It is to die for! When they say fresh squeezed, they mean it. This juice tastes just like the juice I used to have as a kid on my friends orange grove in FL, that's how fresh and delicious it is. I also got a 4 pack of bagels as a "yesterday special" for $1.00!!! 4 whole delicious scratch-made bagels for 1 dollar? Pinch me, I must be dreaming!

All that to say, this place is amazing, everyone should try it. I'm definitely coming back as often...
