Read moreAbsolutely atrocious customer service, I have been trying for two days to speak with someone in service and all I get is the run around. The last time I called in and asked to speak to a manager Paul Lai hung up on me after saying he had no one he could patch me through to. Service just wants to email you, AND WHEN YOU ANSWER THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND. WHEN THEY DO ITS NOT HELPFULL!! STILL HAVE MY ISSUE OPTISIGN IF YOUR INTERESTED IN FIXING IT.
