Bad Experience! Came here to buy a globe for my fiancé as a gift who collects them. The store only had two desk globes, both without box, one with chips in the paint of the stand. The other one looked nice after a quick inspection, so I went for it. Getting home the globe fell apart taking it out of my car. While reassembling, I noticed the bad line-up of the individual map pieces which were also bumpy. I didn't notice that in the store otherwise I would have not bought it. The worst, at the bottom of the stand it hade a Made in China sticker. Clearly this was not a well made globe you would expect from a "Map" Store!!! I tried to return it the next morning but the owner told me all sales are final. She also got rather aggressive and not even tried to understand, instead came up with all kinds of excuses why she wouldn't take it back. At the same time another employee came from the back as well. Were they trying to threaten me? I was there with my 3 year old son! Worst place ever!! Stay away and find another store! Hope they will be out of business soon as it is just a...

I called to ask about a series of maps I wanted to purchase and the person speaking to me could not have been less interested in helping me. I figured maybe they had a bad day, and let’s be real there aren’t a lot of map stores in this world, so I went to the store to check out what they have. I got to the store at 9am (opening time) on a Friday and waited for 20 minutes, no one showed up to open the door and no one answered the phone.
