Pancho's Meat Market — Local services in Houston

I went for Barbacoa. Omg was this very delicious. It was awesome and I recommend this barbacoa to anyone. They have a good recipe. Its definitely original since it does have layers of fat. I ordered 1/2 pound since it was only for me. I asked for onions and cilantro, she said it was extra. I asked for green 💚 sauce , she said it was extra, tortillas are also extra, The lady working behind the counter was miserable and very rude. Again, I don't rate the stores due to service and miserable people. The lady at the register was also half way miserable 😖. Poor lady's.

The store has many options including a meat 🥓 market and refrigerator. They even have a cash money center. I like the part where they had a table in the middle to sit down. When I want barbacoa again, I'll be back. But I won't come back until then .

The downside is that they had way to much stuff in the store...

use to come here all the time. i liked coming here till butcher gave me expired meat(fajita norteña). i always buy meat from here so i knew something was wrong with the meat. i took it back and i wated a refund they would not give me my money they said i could choose another meat. i took something else. and as i was leaving i overheard manager tell his employee to put that meat into the seasoning batch. that is a big health issue they dont know what happed to that meat from the point i left the store till i came back. if thats what they serve their customers im going to...

I came here often to buy meats and packaged deep fried pork and pork skins and they sold me pork that had been expired for the past 10 days and they had a good amount of the same out for sale. The owner "acted" surprised and I got the impression that he knew it was expired, he did exchange it for me and was disrespectful about it.
