I got a Merecedez from them. Ms.Ro was the person that sold me the car. So when I first went to get the car I had to wait about 2 days because it was a crack in the rim and she informed me that she ordered another rim and it’s going to take 2 days to come in. So 2 months later the air started to go out the tire. I took it to the tire shop, they informed me that it’s cracked in the same place it was fixed. We looked at the rim and it had serval spots were the rim was constantly welded back together. I texted her (Ms.ro) She informed me that they did pay for a new rim and it was about 5 something. She gave me the person number she got the new rim from. He did send me a receipt where she indeed paid for a rim repair. She told me that she would send me a receipt where she paid for a new rim. I never received the receipt. I had to pay 520 for a new rim. But the car do run fine. I just wish they was honest with me. I wouldn’t...

This place of business is very unprofessional and I'm having to get the TX DMV involved trying to get my down payment back from them after the financing of the vehicle fell through. I was asked for the my business articles of incorporation and three months bank statements which my board of directors rejected since my purchase was personal and not for the business. Upon texting my sales person Rochelle Williams advising her that I was coming in to pick-up my down payment I was immediately given the run around. She expressed that the owner still wanted to work a deal but I would be charged more I told her I was not interested in any other deal all I wanted was the monies I gave them for the down payment ($800.00). I am going to file a formal complaint with the DMV if my money is not refunded. I would give this place 0 stars if I could!!!!...

This establishment and the owner are very horrible. Jerrel Richards (the owner) is very unhelpful and rude. He makes it a point to avoid customer and there questions. He has three sales men and only one of them was helpful.

This place is on a grass lot with a tiny sign you can barely see. They are located in a very trashy side of town. They dealership is made up of one trailer with window a/c units, a grass lot that keeps all the cars dirty and they don't even keep the grass cut.

I believe the owner is a scam artist. I will never visit this place again and do not recommend anyone to go there. Save your money and go to a reputable car lot. I have also reported this establishment to the BBB. That's how bad my...
