The absolute worst postal office in all of Houston and surrounding areas. There is literally no customer service. At the moment of this review I’ve been waiting over an hour to pick up certified mail and have not been acknowledged all while hearing laughter behind the door. They don’t deserve any stars.

Nothing but problems from this post office. Mail delivered late if they even delivere it to the right address. They throw your packages at your door to save a few steps and then when you file a complaint you're told to bribe your mail currier to prevent all of this from happening.

Totally useless station. Sign on door says Saturday pick-up available 7:30-11am yet door is closed and no one answers the bell ring. Had to stop by because mailman did not ring my doorbell for package that requires a signature. Disappointment all around.

They have a lady with a horrible 27 piece wig. She is suppose to be in charge but has no idea what’s going on I call her the Suit lady. She will say one thing and the lady in the back with short dreads will say she is lying when she walks away. The lady with the thin fake twist will take your hold mail form and loose it *twice. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU can avoid. I am from out of state have been here close to two months and still have no access to my mail. They have been putting it in a box that I don’t have access too but the previous tenant does. So I put in a hold mail form the first time they said they didn’t have it so I put it in again and gave it to the lady with the thin twist while the manager went in the back and gave me a STACK of mail. It wasn’t until I arrived home that I realized none of the mail was mine or going to my address. That also has to be a crime. I advised them I had important documents coming and I would pick them up at the counter. Only to return and find out they were placed in the box. The box I still don’t have keys too, so you would think when she sent the mail man back to get the mail it would be there right NO. The previous tenant still had access to the box because the keys weren’t changed and I assumed while coming to get their mail they picked up mine. However again I’m from out of state and these were things like my birth certificate and social. This Post office knowingly gave my documents to someone else knowing they weren’t me. Then suit lady after assuring me my keys would be in for sure a week ago and who personally handled my second hold mail form. She is also who handed me the stack of mail that didn’t belong to me. Anyway when I went back this week to get the keys after I was promised for the 4th time they would for sure be here. I was told after waiting for an hour and a half and being the 2nd person in the line. Short dreads comes to the door and it had an attitude with that attitude she said they had no hold mail request and my keys were not in. So I asked to speak with suit lady. Suit lady told me she can control the man with the locks “which is her job” and also said she didn’t see my problem with the mail being put in the box. Even after the man called back and advised her there was no more mail in the box. Thin twist chose to lock and guard the door and both of them laughed while I expressed my frustration on the matter. I have now had to place a fraud alert on my credit and change all of my accounts. Have them mailed to my home state and then have them fed exd to me because they seem to be the only delivery service that can get my things to my front door. Let alone the box I paid for and STILL don’t...

Absolutely the most ignorant, rude and totally unhelpful group of people. When my mailbox was vandalized, I called my local post office however after 3 hours of unsuccessfully reaching anyone, I called the 800 number and filed the report. I was told it would be 2 to 3 days before someone at my local post office will come out and repair the box. After 5 days I called repeatedly until someone picked put. However this time each person that I spoke to was immediately argumentative and hung up the phone. After having 3 "government" worker's ended our call and no one ever took down my address to see to having my box repaired. I received a call from a halfway decent (yet still displaying anger in her voice) postal worker who said it would take another 3 or 4 days before the repairs are made.. About an hour later another call, this time saying my mailcourrier emptied my box and I could come in 2 days later to pick up my new key and the mail brought back to the station. Before I could get to tha post office I had to make an unexpected out of town business trip. By time I returned and made it to the post office at least 10 days had past. When I got to the post office, the woman behind the counter couldn't wait for me to finish my 1st sentence without her telling me she couldn't help me and no matter what I said, she told me to go to the other line. I waited 15 minutes in that line only to be told by another person who couldn't wait for me to take my 1st pause before cutting me off and saying he couldn't help me and I needed to go back to the line I was just in. I told the guy he never let me explain what help I needed and I already stood in that line. After saying I wanted to pick up my new key and mail that was held. He immediately said I didn't have any mail there. Again, I asked how he would know if I never told him my address. After demanding that he check for my mail and key, he came back ten minutes later empty handed and said there's no mail and no locks had been changed. I was sent back to the 1st line I stood in to have one of the counter agents complete the request for my new key. This woman told me that I had to bring in paperwork from when I closed on my home ten years ago and until then they won't start tbe process which will take 3 or 4 days from that day. I can't believe our tax dollars pay for such high level of ignorance, anger and a total...

I recently moved within this post offices service area, unfortunately, and I paid for a mailbox key the day of my move in. It has now been 2 months since I’ve paid for my key and yesterday I was told that it wasn’t “put in the book”, which I’ve already been told by 3 other employees. So if everybody knows is hasn’t been put in the damn book, WHY ISNT ANYBODY PUTTING IT IN THE BOOK?! I will be requesting a refund and simply opening an P.O. Box for future mail. And most times I go up there to talk with someone about, I’m up there for hours ringing a door bell that nobody ever responds to. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN, or do better with the management, simple. UPDATE: it’s June 6th and these incompetent ass people have changed my mailbox key without me even asking. An older man knocked on my door to let me know but was getting back into his vehicle once I answered so who knows if I would’ve known this information if I would’ve took too long for him. Anyways, I go up to the post office because for whatever reason their idiotic brains didn’t tell them to BRING ME MY DAMN KEY! So I make it to the post office or and some rude old lady is yelling at me for ringing the bell once every 60 seconds but I’m in the middle of doing homework before I head to work and have had to drive 10 minutes up here to play with yall about a damn key I didn’t ask for. But took yall slow asses 2 months to make my key when I DID ask for it. Y’all need to quit and go work fast food if you’re not competent enough to work at the post office. Did everybody drop out early or what? Cause everybody...
