Prior to hiring Texas Best Irrigation and Landscaping, I researched a lot of companies as well as talked to my neighbors for a recommendation. I heard TBI&L's name most often, so that confirmed my choice.

The first thing that I look for when hiring a company to do a major home project, aside from reviews, is responsiveness. I am very serious about communication, because if I am having a difficult time getting a hold of you during the project, I am fearful that it will be even more difficult after the project and I need a repair; so communication is at the top of my list in regards to decisions on hiring/firing a company.

I can say that each time, I've reached out to Abby, she has always followed up in a timely manner. If there was something that she still needed to confirm with her project manager, she would reach out to let me know that she is still working on it and will follow back up with me. I appreciated that, because it let me know that you haven't forgotten about my project and are actively working on it. She has always kept me abreast of what's going on with our project, from the initial stages, until completion.

This is our first professionally installed sprinkler system, so my husband and I feel as though it's doing a great job of doing what it is supposed to do..... water our lawn. Lol!

On the day of install, the guys showed up on time, and they worked. They were very careful walking through our yard and with our landscaping. In addition, they made sure that any trash that they may have had, was picked up and thrown away prior to them leaving. Juan, also stopped by to look over the work being done and made himself available to answer any questions that I had.

Also, after they completed the project, they walked me through the yard, explained each zone, showed me how to use the system as well as the app, and patiently answered each of my questions. Before they left, they wanted to know if I was satisfied with the work they had done.

Rarely do I say this, but if I had to do this project all over again, I would hire TBI&L...

I was so lucky to find the Texas Best Irrigation and Landscaping to install the new automatic sprinkler system in my house very recently. I felt this company is really professional and well trustable for my project from first call to free site estimate, formal quotation, schedule the job, until final work done. Ms. Abby is a professional administrator, who managed my project so well from my first call to follow-up messages and emails. She always responded to my question promptly and knowledgeable to solve my concerns. She also managed well for pre-installation preparation, especially the arrangement with the 811 service to mark the cable and gas lines prior to installation. Mr. Saul is a great licensed irrigator. He has expertise in all fields of the irrigation system. He provided me a professional design and sketch map for my sprinkler system with 6 zones to fit my front and real yard, not only technically sound, but also economically worth. He was very knowledgeable and patient to answer and solve my questions from site estimate to sprinkler installation, watering test, and programming the Rain Bird App with WiFi. The installation team was awesome. They did an outstanding job to install my irrigation system professionally and timely. They also cleaned up and left no dirt or scrap in the driveway. A job very well done. I addition, this company provided me not only a quality sprinkler system with 5 years warranty, but also very reasonable price, even with seasonal discount. I had a water leak in my backyard but could not determine where it is coming from, I have had a few other 'experts' attempt to determine the source of the leak and where not able to. Luckily I contracted Texas Best Irrigation and Landscaping Houston and was amazed at how simple and easy they made the chronic issue seem. First time I called the company was almost midnight and Juan answered on first ring and was patient while I narrated my issue to him. He arrived first thing in the morning and within 5 mins, was able to accurately tell me that I needed a BFP installed in my sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable, professional and confident. I dont write reviews but I willing wanted to let people out there know that if they need an honest, dedicated and knowledgeable professional for their irrigation or landscaping issue, Texas Best Irrigation and Landscaping Houston is their best bet! Juan actually worked under the rain to have my issue resolved because he genuinely wanted to give me peace of mind that the problem will be resolved same day. This company has actually impressed me and as much as I hope I dont have to call them again, if I do have any irrigation or landscaping need, i will surely give them a call again. Their charge was very reasonable, much lower than what I had wasted on others that couldn't get the job done, and far below market price.
