Been going to this very kept place at Sharpstown mall or “Mercado mall” for almost 5-6 years now & let me tell you flawless service every time . You come in , they ask you either eyebrows or other services they offer and they get to work immediately with precision hand works. I remember I had Sarah do my eyebrows for the first time as a men and I kept going for her every time but after that she got busy and so I had another person service me and let me tell you , all of the ladies are flawless eyebrows threading professional. So it doesn’t matter who you go to and just make sure to communicate them on how you want your eyebrows , either clean them up or just make em thick or small you name it . I recently got my lashes done here, and while I do like how they look, I’m a bit disappointed with the size. I specifically asked for small lashes, but what I ended up with feels too big for my eyes. I expressed my concern during the appointment, but the lash tech went with the size she felt was best for me.

As a lash specialist, I believe there should be more attention to the client’s request and eye shape—especially when they clearly ask for a specific size. When I brought it up after the appointment, I was told nothing could be done, which is frustrating. I don’t feel this was my fault, since I communicated my preference clearly.
