I will start saying that I would appreciate that when a waitress comes to the table for the first time she would say something like: "Hi, my name is X, I will be attending you today, anything you need just call me", or something similar, rather than just throwing the menus on the table without saying a word. However, the service quality improved later, and I will like to apologize because of a friend who mistreated the waitress for some misunderstanding. The food was not great, some things were really good, but the "tostones rellenos" and the "congri" were not fresh, which I confirmed later with a couple of questions, when they told me the "tostones" were frozen and the congri could be from the day before (which is a serious thing to consider) The atmosphere was really good, a nice place with a beautiful decoration. Everything was beautiful. We were very satisfied with everything from the moment we walked in to the moment that we left, we loved our waitress. Monica is her name she did amazing she was very sweet. She was very humble, and she attended us real good. And then, two other people also attended us as well. They did amazing but of course she was our main waitress Monica. And the place itself was beautiful. We love the everything the way they decorated the place it was very unique for us. So we give them a five star and good compliment I actually also love Cuban food and now my partner does as well. She’s from El Salvador and I am from Houston but I’m Latino my parents are from Mexico. I love all kinds of food Cuban food is one of my favorite drinks the food everything was great !!!! Todo era hermoso. Estábamos muy satisfechos con todo desde el momento en que entramos hasta el momento en que nos fuimos, nos encantó nuestra camarera. Mónica es su nombre, lo hizo increíble, fue muy dulce. Ella fue muy humilde y nos atendió muy bien.
