Customer service really need to know how to treat customers. A spanish speaking individual got upset and hung up on me because while inquiring if I can make an appointment for my 7-month pregnant wife I told them “shouldn’t it be obvious?” after they asked if my wife was pregnant. Mind you, before that I told them I was looking for PRENATAL services which are not even the cheapest ones on the list. I was called a liar, a cry baby, soberb and told that their customers won’t care about my review. (Please refer to screenshots) They stated that not everyone knows what prenatal is, but if I am asking you right away for a service that is not even the cheapest one you offer is because that’s what I need. Hope whoever answered my call gets a corrective action, and if not then good luck with the business.
