Very Disappointed… I live near the S Post Oak location, my family & I visit often. Tonight’s order was a waste. I graciously gave (2) stars because my son enjoyed his food. It was Hot & Fresh, the portion was accurate. However, the inconsistency with the wingettes is enough to stop patronizing this location. The drummettes were HUGE & Undercooked; never have they been this way. My order was TRASH, I paid extra for Whiting & Jumbo shrimp, my fish was cooked too hard. The texture was almost that of jerky, and it tasted very fishy (not fresh). The shrimp tasted like it’s past its discard date. The only thing I enjoyed was my okra. At the time I was paying I asked for tarter sauce, the lady said everything will be in the bag. Got home & no tarter.I didn’t fuss but after the poor quality of our food, I called, spoke with the person who took my order. She simple said, I’m sorry we were busy. I order two days in a row , yesterday’s order was a Philly cheese steak and it was amazing, today i ordered the same. Unfortunately I received soggy fries and ordered my baby a cheese burger as she was eating it I seen that there was no cheese . Confused how u write cheese burger on box but didn’t add the cheese. Spoke to the manager and he confirmed it was the person taken the order who told the cook no cheese. (Strange) but mistakes happen. When I called and spoke to the young lady who took my order she said okay I will tell the cook, I said um what are yall gonna do about my order? Thats when she put manager Romon on the phone. He said he will remake all the items that were messed up…. He gave me 5 star customer service… the young ladies weren’t rude but could use some more customer service training..

*also stop putting that white dust all over the food.

I have to say this was my first mess up with the establishment, I will continue to eat there but only if Alex or Ramon are the cooks . I will ask for my food well done, I don’t eat...

I was going here but after today that might change food was great but the service was bad I asked for extra whiting seasoning and they said they had to charge me for it and didn’t put extra on it & last night I got my garlic tonight I didn’t get anything but a incorrect order & I might have to start trying the other location. I finally get somebody else to try and try it and the 2 girls working up front didn’t even take the order due to laughing while taking the order then tried to charge me for a mistake they made while laughing the whole time they realize they messed up & then when I wanted to add the food they act as if they didn’t want to take the order like what? No manager stepped up or anything. Hopefully an older adult sees this & try & talk with them about how people feel about their food after a long...
