Lecaroz Bakery — Restaurant in Houston

I came in to get a champurrado. I was not greeted, they acted as if I didn't exist (I'mblack by the way). The, when I finally got their attention to get my drink, she person at the cash register sends the girl cleaning dirty tables with her bare hands to make my drink. The girl does not was her hands and put her entire BARE HAND on top of the lid to my drink. I explained to them that I wanted a drink that was made by clean hands instead, she proceeds to tell me that the towel she is using to CLEAN THE DIRTY TABLES is clean and she "only" has bleach on her hands. I nicely told them I'm good. If they want to reply and lie, I have everything recorded from the moment they were ignoring me. Nobody had on a mask. There were flies in the sweet bread section. Not only are they racist,...

Went for the first time today. The server brought out chips and salsa which were very tasty. I really liked their salsa. Tasted fresh and homemade quality. Their food was very good…My mom bought tasty sweet bread … The desserts look divine! Alas, trying to cut back on sweets but I was very tempted to buy one of their desserts…Will keep them in mind for future birthday parties and celebrations…My mom and I truly enjoyed their “green” all natural beverage. It was awesome! The bathroom was very clean…everything looked clean and orderly…would definitely return. The employees were friendly…definitely...

I don't even know where to start. First of all, the service was not good at all. The food was cold and if like that was not enough, when we paid our tab. We got charged a completely different amount from the menu prices. When we asked the waitress the reason, she said that the menu prices had not been updated. I asked for a manager, she said he was not available and basically nothing would change even if he was there. It was not about the money it's the principal behind.
