My husband and I have lived here for a little over 5 years, and we absolutely LOVE it!!! Every month, there are many opportunities (trips, activities) for residents, the entire property is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff are wonderful. The manager, Mary Gervason, truly cares about all of us, and is the main reason this community is the great place that it is. She's been manager for 7 years, and has very high standards for this property and how it should be run, how it looks, etc. The remainder of the staff, both office and maintenance/housekeeping, take good care of us, too. Many activities, including bus trips, movies, concerts, various classes, games and parties. Property grounds are kept up always. The apartments themselves are in need of updates. Floors are a combination of 1950 style, cheap vinyl stick on tile and yucky carpet. Appliances are old and white. Cabinets are covered in wood look vinyl. No walk in showers.
