Taqueria Yolanda (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

My review wont update: im giving 4 STARS. The food was good I had birria tacos. I ordered over the phone the lady said 10 min I got there 10 min later and had to wait over 20 minutes as my order was never prepared. Almost made me late back to work. The customer service is great. Consume was a little salty but still kind of good. Them charging me for topping per taco was crazy to me. I also tried the $1 tacos they are so small I didn't even know that was possible but still worth $1. The sauce they give you red and green are both to hot for me and i like hot stuff. They did give me hot Verde sauce but I need taco sauce for my Tacos. The yellow rice and refried beans were sooo good. The truck is located in a gas station so parking could vary on how busy the gas station is. I never had problems finding places to park though I've ate here at least four times.

Update: not sure what it's called but the shrimp, lettuce, and rice and beans (fajitas maybe) so damn good. Next time I'll get not spicy cause the seasoning was so spicy i kept choking lol and again i like hot stuff but even a little spicy was to much. I'm convinced everything they make is good, it all looks so. They moved like 3mins further away from my job I'm sad about that so it looks like I won't be eating it as much as I'd like. I typed in Safari taco trucks near my location. This place popped up with five stars. I am very picky and giving that we are in a pandemic more skeptical than ever. When I drove over to the location. I got out of my truck and was greeted by a young Spanish male. He took my order and asked me to give him a few moments. The truck was clean the area around the trip was clean. When I received and paid for my order I was given hand sanitizer. I jumped in my truck and drove off I wanted to open the bag and check my order but I said I’m gonna see what happens. I went there 10 am on march 29th and asked for 3 pastor and 3 beef fajita tacos. The lady asked me do i want the dollar shells or 2 dolla shells ( 2 dolla shells were bigger) i said dollar ones..... as i waited she sold a lady infront of me 4 tacos for $10 and pissed her off.. she comes to me after i give her $7 and said 3 pastor and 3 chicken!
