My wife booked Michael a few weeks ago, they had a date on the calendar for him to come to our home and give us a quote. 15 passed the time of the appointment, she called him to see if he was running late. He started yelling at her saying that he called her that day and she canceled. My wife NEVER got a phone call from him and was trying to explain to him that he was mistaken- maybe he called the wrong number. Why would she cancel and then call to see where he was? He just keep yelling at her and wouldn't let her speak to the point where he just hung up on her. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and personable. I had wanted recessed lighting in my living room for years, but just couldn't afford it because of high prices from other electricians. Michael at Shore Thing Electric installed a whole house circuit breaker for us and did a good job. Unfortunately several months later the township changed the code and, when we installed a generator, we were told about it by the inspector. Even though we didn’t technically have to change it because the work met code at the time it was done, Michael came back out and made the necessary wiring changes to bring the work back up to code and he didn’t charge us for the job.
