Very unprofessional store . The owners are very nasty , I spoke with one of the owners who’s name was Ashley and asked her why are the clothes so expensive and do they do donations for people in need , and can they consider having certain days where the clothes are on sale so people can afford o buy them . Very money hungry , the staff are not professional, not helping the community in any way , you can not return item or get store credit , it’s a Very expensive overpriced store , they don’t offer deals or sales , at the end of the day this is a thrift store a second hand clothing store where although the quality is good the clothes are not affordable for people , your better off going to the mall getting your clothes for new , just because they buy there stuff from a warehouse doesn’t mean you can double the price to people in the...

I purchased 5 items for my daughter while she was in school. I used a tape measure for jean shorts to size them. The 3 shorts were tight for my 12 year old so I called within 90 minutes of purchasing when she got home and tried them on to ask if I can bring her in to exchange the still tagged shorts. They make no exceptions and now I'm out $21. I understand if I constantly do this but I am a frequent shopper and this is the first time I financially can't lose $21. This is one of my favorite places to shop. But I would encourage the workers to do a bit more research on the handbags. I have bought 2 bags here, coach and Michael Kors which I was told was authentic but they both turned out to be fake.
