This was my first time at this place and very very last time. I started by getting a pedicure that was amazing, the girl was so sweet, but when it came to doing my nails I felt like hmm not happy. I was charged $75 for this set $45 for the pedicure. apparently the nail set im getting is too long according to Kayla the nail tech, that did my nails.so she said she was gunna charge extra and all she did was cut the sides on my nails. To make the stilleto shape. She seemed upset because I told her that my nails are not long they are regular I know what long nails look like.after she was getting close to finishing up my nails she started filing them down. she did each finger so rough that she cut my pinky, mind you that hurt. I felt like she did that on purpose. The point of this review is that in the end the customer is wrong according to her but, they can charge and cut me during the process.. this is the last time I’ll ever come here. I don't normally post a bad review but i think this one need to be posted. So a friend of mine at work recommended this place and told me they're good here. It's my first time and for sure going to be my last. It was terrible. I paid $120 for a gel set manicure and a pedicure. I don't mind paying that much as long as it's worth it but it wasn't. The lady who did my nails did a terrible job. And looks like she was in a hurry. She did my pedicure for about 5-10minutes. Place I go to takes 20-25minutes because they clean, and make sure your nails are in shape and also they massage u good. Unfortunately they're close that day so I have no choice to go to this place. My gel manicure was terrible. Not the same as what I want than what I got. Length, Shape, the color was not even close. If I could give this zero stars I would. This was probably the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. I had scheduled an appointment but was rushed the second i got there. They told me to pick a color and then the nail tech snatched the box away and told me to pick it at the chair. Before I even pick a color he’s grabbing my hand to start. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted (two colors and a very basic design on two nails) which he ignored and didn’t do it. And then he clipped my cuticle so badly that I bled the entire time. He rubbed powder with his bare thumb into my bleeding wound. I would not be surprised if I get an infection. I will not be returning.
