The softness of the cutlet and the fresh mozzarella made every bite feel effortless and inviting like a night out with friends. The savoriness of the balsamic glaze on both sides ensures a satisfying aftertaste that accompanies you between every bite like a server with customer service that reads your mind. This place is delicious. I live in Virginia Beach but my parents live behind this place. They catered a little family event for us with baked ziti, eggplant parm, chicken francese, and italian cookies. All were great. Before I headed home I stopped in for some fresh italian bread right out the oven, fresh mozzarella, risotto balls, stuffed peppers, pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe, and even scored a chicken cutlet for my 2 year old to eat on the drive back. Food is always fresh, everything I've ever had from there has tasted delicious, never long wait times, guys behind the counter are always professional and warm. It's worth any length of time to drive to. I highly suggest this business for any of your meals.
