This would have been a 3 star review had the food not been one of the better ones in the area for this type of cuisine.

The food was great. Service, let's just say they didn't have their best day when I came with a party of 8. Waited for close to an hour to get even appetizers as they were cranking out online orders. Very small place inside and can use a little more space and decor to elevate it to a higher level. Floors are pretty slippery and they used the sushi bar as a storage shelf instead of a place for customers to sit and eat. However, the food was delicious. Very fresh fish and everything tastes great. They were able to easily accommodate any roll on the menu and make it without rice. Reasonable prices for the quality of fish. I ordered for take out at 7:30pm…personally went in and asked how long it will take and was told to wait for 30-35 minutes and took my number. I waited outside my car and waited, nobody called so I went back in after 40 minutes, no one to talk to, most of the lady servers were just ignoring us waiting by the entrance. Eventually got to ask a lady after being there an hour and she looked at my receipt. I waited again and now it’s already an hour and 30 minutes, I asked to cancel my order and they now told me they are making my order and they couldn’t cancel it anymore…this is ridiculous!!! They should have just been honest in the beginning if they are unable to accommodate take out orders if that’s how busy they are. Never again will I come back to this place!!!! My first and last…Would never recommend this...

Third time eating here. First time was take out the first week they opened. I was surprised how good it was. I returned with a friend to eat at the restaurant. Staff were friendly and once again the food was very good.

I went today for lunch and did not disappoint. The yellowtail here is particularly better than pretty much all the other places I've gone to in the area (yellowtail is my favorite). The eel is also really good. The octopus wasn't quite as good as last time, but still easily beats out everywhere else in the area. Fried gyoza was good. Texture and taste all indicate fresh quality.

Can safely recommend this to everyone and have been since the second time I went. It's good to have a dependable high quality option for sushi when not in the mood to try new...
