I bought my grand daughter a Dean acoustic electric.We thought it should have a clear pick guard because the top was unblemished.Called Hubbard for a set up.I was told it would take one week.Brought it in.Eight days later called to check progress told it wasn't looked at yet.I spoke with the luthier and mentioned the Clear pick guard.Went to store on tenth day was told nothing was done and there were two guitars in front of mine.Told the cashier I would take the guitar home and do it myself.He told me he couldn't get it because he didn,'t have those keys.I told him to stop the work order I would be in tomorrow when they open to get the guitar.When I got there the guitar was done.A big chip in the top all the way to the herringbone,chip next to the nutt,and on end of headstock,sand marks all around the Black pick guard,the fretboard had scuff marks and wasn't cleaned.Do Not Let ''BRIAN'' Touch...

Hello this place on 51 N Main Street in Hubbard Ohio is where you want to go for all your music needs. Repairs, buying, learning, they have it all. They even have a small selection of drums & guitars along with all the gear that you can think of to go with it. And if not in stock they will order for you. There hours are kinda weird but they are open everyday except holidays. So best to check in before you go. The owner, employees & teachers are down to earth people and are knowledge in what they do. Had some problems with a guitar I purchased from them. Had it back in the store 3 times for the so called tech to fix the issues. He claimed he did but the problem is still there. Will never give them business again and strongly urge others to be very leary of having any work performed at their store. If I could have given them zero stars I would. Had issues with them years ago but was assured by the new owner that would never happen again. He obviously didn't mean what he said. Totally unsatisfactory...
