I literally just walked in this store they don’t greet the customers or even asked if they need help they just sit behind the counter and watch people. I took the item to the counter and the guy still didn’t greet me. I left the item on the counter and walked out. I’m a manager we greet our customers and show them appreciation at each visit. My experience in this store was VERY unprofessional to say the least. The Customer Service was TERRIBLE. Employees at this store made me feel so uncomfortable. They will follow you everywhere and the employees/owner gives off a prejudiced vibe when I tried to check out my items. The employees are rude, they dont speak, i felt racially profiled and followed. They had loud conversations in their language about the price of an item i had while i was trying to ask them questions about another product, speaking over me.
