Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Purchase the phone 4 days ago in this phone was suggested by the manager of Metro PC in hueytown. Today is Saturday and this particular Motorola phone has all sorts of malfunctions and is not working properly. I was not entitled to upgrade as of yet so I paid retail price for this Motorola 5G. I simply requested to just go back to Moto g which cost less. I did not want a refund or the difference. I simply just wanted a phone that I know works without any issues. I spoke to customer service twice while in the store who specifically said that I shouldn't have a problem with doing so (exchanging) but the store refused!!! I did not get an upgrade or an upgrade phone I paid retail price in this store was not willing to help in any way. The only thing they were willing to do was send off under warranty. I have patronized this particular store for a few years now it has never complained about anything or any phones that I purchased. It's not like I was asking for a miracle I was just asking for understanding, reconsideration, and excellent customer service which I received none of the three. The right ear bud stopped working properly.The clerk refused to give me a refund. He refused to give me an exchange. He refused to give me his name. He wasn't wearing a name tag. He refused to give me the number to corporate. He refused to give me the district managers name or number. He was completely rude telling me to get out of the store and he doesn't care who I call. He humiliated me , making me feel less than human. He got loud and disrespectful. My daughter who is a retailer, called corporate on the conference call. He yelled at me with Corporate on the phone. Read moreThis is the second time I have come to the Hueytown location and they have been closed 25 or more minutes earlier than their listed operating hours. When you are getting poor service like this who can be called to make a difference. On this occasion when I drove up at 7:37 pm, the open signs were on and there was a man sitting at the counter. The door was locked and , He exclaimed, "sorry they were closed." When I began to take pictures of the service times posted on the door, he quickly hurried from the counter, cut the open signs off and would not return to the counter.
