Verizon — Local services in Hueytown

Absolutely terrible experience!!! Salesperson Brad is either totally incompetent or has a real aversion to the truth, and manager Calvin did nothing to remedy his employee's mistakes but left us holding the bag in this one. We are now saddled with $880 worth of phones we didn't really need, but were persuaded to buy for service that does not work as promised. Does not return calls or keep promises. I just finished reviewing this store on Google maps. I hope I am able to figure out how to add the picture of the store here. It has VERIZON in bold on the building, but the woman working behind the counter told me it wasn’t Verizon. This was in response to my questioning the price she wanted to charge me for a Verizon compatible SIM card. I had seen them online everywhere, including Verizon for $1, but this business major thought $20 was more like it. I found one a half mile away at Dollar General for $1. Awesome Customer Service. Miguel Garrett and Gregory Chubb helped me and went above and beyond for me. I was there longer than expected due to a technological issue and they both stayed with me and made sure I was taken care of. Keep these guys around and they will not only make your customers happy, but they will make your business prosperous.
