The store is nice and neat. The manager Yogi is very rude. She watched me walk in with a return and never once acknowledged me even after her staff called for her to do her job she still took her time coming to help me. She continued to sort through the clothing racks like I was invisible and when she did finally come help me she still didn't acknowledge me nor did she apologize for making me wait until she felt like doing her job. I enjoy shopping Citi Trends. I often encounter friendly associates. My issue today is the folding tables that have once again appeared as barriers giving a false sense of protection/social distancing to the associates and customers. Having to stretch across a table to reach the credit card terminal or the cashier's hand (at 5'3" )poses a danger to my back. Please move the tables which are also tacky and add the plastic partitions like other retailers . We the customers and associates...

This store is still fairly new, but it is always clean and organized!! It's one young lady who is always there everytime I go, I'm guessing she is the manager, but she is always helpful and happy!! She does a good job with checking people out, and very knowledgeable about the location or certain items. I live in Centerpoint and will continue to make that trip to Hueytown to visit this specific Citi Trends location!! Kudos to you all and keep up...
