I f there was a 0star I would rate this one since one of the guys who work there scammed my boyfriend out of $300 bucks! And I will tell you how... The computer we bought had a message on the screen and so we called the guy who sold it to us. He said it was no big deal, so we did. When he told us that it was fixed and come pick it up. He said it's $80 or you can't get it. Now my boyfriend had no idea what to do about the message since I didn't see it before he called him and come to find out all that was wrong with it was that it needed to upgrade, wow. Everybody else knows it doesn't cost to update windows never has. But to an unexperienced person they don't have a clue. Anyways we are not going to pay $80 to get it back even though we paid $300. This computer store is not open. The sign says open. And there's a sign on the front of the door that says if its doors locked call one of these two numbers. I called both numbers no one picked up and I've been sitting here for an hour and a half if you'd like to waste your time please come use this business. When I finally got someone to pick up the phone they said their employee had called out and they were out of town and had forgotten to put up a sign. So which is it? Great people. HONORABLE SHOP. My HP Envy needed to be repaired. It wouldn't start up all the way. He fixed the problem! I always forget his name. He's the owner and is very friendly! Sometimes, it can take a little longer to get your device back when it's being fixed, but that's b/c his shop is the best and is always busy with customers.
