I have visited The Local many times in the past few months that it has been open. Whether by myself or with my bible study group it has always been awesome. The Local is a cute little coffee shop in Hueytown with Christian influences. They serve many items from acai bowls to lattes. I have tried an abundance of them. They put way too much syrup in drinks. That’s coming from someone that typically likes sweeter drinks. If I’m ordering coffee, I’d like to be able to taste the coffee, not just syrup. Just be aware if you like your drinks to have a true coffee taste, to...
