Ridiculous! Fiber optics is great but yet when you abuse the system it doesn’t even work! Eastern slope has packages that you pay for but unless you pay for the most expensive ones good luck getting your internet to work for anything useful! I called in and the package I’m on they claimed isn’t strong enough for my household when yet I was the only one home trying to use the internet but it still can’t even keep a good connection! To me why would you sell a package for 90 some dollars a month when one person in a home can’t even use it! Worthless and to me your taking my money and expecting me to pay more for better ha! Switching as soon as we can

Was having trouble with my internet for several months but it finally just got to where I couldn't take it with the stay at home thing. I called them and they came out to look at it and told me it was basically my fault because I had it hooked up wrong. So they put in a new wire with a plug to separate the internet from the phone and it made no difference. Internet still goes out constantly, enough to make me start looking for a different provider. not sure it is worth the time to try and figure out...

I love Eastern slope technologies, their service is always 5 stars! I was worried when they put in the fiber optics that I would get no sleep, because I work nights and sleep during the day. They were here and had it done with little interruption. They explained everything beforehand and it was great experience all around! We stream all of our TV, online gaming, and are constantly using our phones and other devices with little to no lagging. Best service...
