I attended the E.R Tuesday evening at 6:45, ApriI 9 cannot say that I received any kind of care. I have lived in this area for past six years. That was my third time there as a patient. Over these past 6 years, I have been in that hospital countless number of times with friends. Until know I have never had a complaint with what I saw or experienced. Until yesterday evening. A hateful , hurt comment was made by one of the nursing staff a short distance up from the exam room, the door was open, to another nursing staff person who was standing outside the exam room door. I was ready to grab my driver's license and insurance card and leave. My friend what they would have to say too my face. I did, what a waist off time. No matter how sick I was or how badly I may be injured. OI I cannot get to anther hospital. I will choose to suffer and die if need be, before stepping foot into your E.R again. What a crying shame it is that Mc Donald's train's there employees to deal with their coustemers with more dignity and ethics then what your hospital does...

If I should ever fall again, I hope I am close enough to be taken to Lincoln ER....

They failed to offer a wheelchair after providing a dosage of pain meds, barely prevented a fall by catching our patient. Then after discharging us they scattered like roaches leaving us to find a wheelchair and help our child (who was still crying in pain) out of the hospital. I'm no usually a critic of the hard working medical profession that keeps us safe and healthy, but this hospital needs some major professional retraining! Doesn't the hippocratic oath include the phrase...
