Subway — Restaurant in Hugo

Since it was closed (a premade sandwich in a loaf n jug cooler) I'd say no points for service or atmosphere and being that the bread was hard and also soggy somehow... (I'm not even sure how that was possible) saying it wasn't even made until 10+ hours later today if I could give less points I certainly would... If you are going to sell poorly pre-made sandwiches at least make the effort to properly label them with the correct time and date... Otherwise I would caution that's probably not very smart, I would even imagine possibly not legal... Imagine if someone happens to get food poisoning from a sandwich and its made by date and time aren't even correct... I bet that...

Use to be good, the last 3 times I have placed an order for pickup it has been completely messed up. Pay for 2x meat get the regular amount, got Italian bread, gave me some kind of bread with seeds....gross. it's always the same person. Can never call, never know when a manager is in or maybe that is the manager who knows. This place has gone down hill. Use to rave about it. So disappointed. It's always something wrong and when you pay 15$ or so for a sandwhich it should at least be right! Miss the lady that use to work here. Stopped on the way up north and from the start the shift leader there at night was very curt and kept making mistakes which we understood cause it’s late and she was the only one there. She then let our food sit while she went to help a new customer. In the time of our sandwiches sitting there flies landed on them and when we asked if she would remake it seeing that flies were on them she snapped saying “I can’t help the flies” which we understand but no one would eat food which flies have sat on.
