I went to Beth Carter Bridal after meeting Beth at a bridal show a few years ago. I have NEVER had such incredible customer service. Beth and Payton treated my mom and me like family and honestly just had SO MUCH FUN with us during my appointment. They encouraged me to try things I hadn’t before and I ended up loving those options even more!! Beth and Payton both took the time to hear me and know me as a person while helping me find a dress, and they never once made it seem like I was just another number. They were both honest with me about every step of the process and they kept the lovely energy up throughout the entire 2 hour appointment (even after I was late because of a train 🙄).

Beth is such a wonderful, kind, genuine person. It was so great to just FEEL that it was not about making a sale, but about a relationship with me, and making me light up and feel amazing, no matter what that took. They made me feel great about myself, and for me, that’s huge.
