I went in to get a cup of coffee during the yard goat celebration on Nov 1. The coffee was cold so I returned to get it heated up. She had given me coffee from a carafe that had been sitting around since the morning.(She actually told me that!!) I ask the girl if she could warm it up…it was cold…she responded in a hateful manner “ I guess so” …I then told her either warm it up or give me my $4 back! She took it and said she would make me a fresh cup…. It was disgusting and had no coffee flavor at all! I walked out and pitched it in the trash! I would think a coffee company would have”FRESH” coffee at all times! This was around 4 in the afternoon! If the owners care enough to respond, I’d love to...

I love this place. I gave it four stars because it's awful hard to get five stars from me, but then a couple tables had business clutter on them, calculator, pins, pads of paper, boxes, etc. It is a warm, comfortable place. Besides all kinds of coffee and flavors, they have food, but just one sandwich and soup special a day. Today, they had some type of chicken on a croissant and vegetable soup. They also have several types of pastries, along with cold drinks. I ordered a Kim Mocha, decaf. Very good. Service was good, answered questions, and talked like they had some social skills. Relocating from the suburbs of Chicago down to the Jasper/Huntingburg area and I have to tell you this little coffee shop is so refreshing. The owners and staff are very welcoming and professional. Not only, do they serve great coffee, but very good food as well. The price is right and the vibe inside is very relaxing. Definitely, recommend if your traveling from out of town or just looking for some place different other then your local...
