My keys were stolen and and I needed my car towed to the dealer. My insurance arranged for towing service. The first 2 companies drove by without stopping or calling me and canceled the service without my knowledge. The car was in an underground garage with a low clearance. Ole’s service not only texted me but Ali called with his exact arrival. He asked how my day was going and was very warm and friendly. His truck could not clear the entrance and his response was “no problem we’ll go to plan b”. He immediately pushed my car quite some distance to get it in position to connect to his truck. He went above and beyond my expectations. Ali is a huge asset to your company and I am so grateful for the service he provided. I told him he was my hero! I had spent 4 hours that morning trying to deal with the other companies. Going out side to wait when they would text an eta then just drive by. So disappointed with their response and lack there of. I had to have my car towed from Pico Rivera to Del Rey (31 miles). I was informed that a driver would call me in 30-40 mins. Miguel called me within 30 mins to let me know he was 10 mins away. He showed up on time, he had professional demeanor, was wearing his mask the whole time we interacted. I rode with him to the drop off location, he was kind and courteous during the ride. As a customer, I felt well taken care of. Very pleased with the service considering the fact that it sucks that my car had an issue and that was already stressful enough, but at least the towing experience went very smoothly. My car got broten into at a private parking garage called Value Park LAX in Inglewood. All my things got stolen and my car battery died due to the thief leaving the doors open. I was confused and felt vulnerable dur to the events. Yoel was sent out to help me with my problem. He was very professional, on time and just a real person. He heard me out, he cared and went out of his way to make sure I was OK. He jump started my car and didn't leave the location until he was sure my car wouldn't died.
