Absolutely horrible experience with one of their social workers, in NICU. That woman has no business being around families struggling with a preemie baby. Even after asking that she not come back into our baby's room, her supervisor brought her in again and allowed her to continue to degrade us and lie to us. If she doesn't have a witness, she has no concern for what comes out of her mouth. We actually said "wow, you are really not a nice person" and it didn't even phase her! She also had private information that she should not have access to. Don't think a Patient Advocate will be helpful if you have a problem, after telling us their process isn't punitive we realized she meant for the employee. Our punishment for speaking to the PA was swift and harsh...

I don't even know where to begin. In the middle of December I started feeling really sick so I have always went to this hospital because it is close to home. I went to the emergency room because I had some rough symptoms that were similar to COVID. I understand that it was busy not complaining about that it's the way don't of the staff acted. I was told that they were not running any viral test because they didn't think it was necessary. Even though I sat in the waiting room for 6 hours that night. On the other hand a couple days go by and my symptoms are getting worse so I went back on Christmas Day and sat in the waiting room for 10 hours to be done the same way I don't want nobody to go through the same thing that's why I wanted to share...

Charles the ER nurse was so very rude, he has a God complex I’ve been waiting for 5 1/2 hrs I have a blood clot in my leg, their was literally a woman in pjs with her boyfriend eating Taco Bell and said she was extremely sick she thought she had Covid, so they called her for just blood pressure she said “ hold on finishing my food” she got here 3 hrs after me….. well she went back and I’m still out here and in pain and scared…. But the ER nurse said to wait…… so like 29 people have went back there is only me and 2 other people, wonder who goes next lol really not funny I just can’t...
