Ritter Park Shelter — Attraction in Huntington

Ritter Park is a great place. I walk my dog there a lot. They have a huge loop around the park for walking. Inside the loop for walking they also have a huge play area for children including a zipline, they have a few picnic areas that are covered plenty of picnic tables, whether you're planning a fun day for a picnic or you're just stopping to eat lunch. They also have plenty of space for dogs to run around they also have water fountains and bowls at the bottom of them so your dog can have water too. Ritter Park has tennis courts also. There is an Amphitheater at the top of the hill where they have different plays. I think Shrek is playing now. Go see for yourself I doubt you will be disappointed. It's absolutely perfect for my 2 year old son and I to enjoy on a nice day. I always swing with him.. he faces me and wraps his arms around me and lays his head down on my chest. He gets so excited when he feels the tickle in his tummy.. i love him so very much. I love to watch him run around and see new things and try them. I love to watch him watch other children play and laugh so hard.. they enjoy it too because they always seem to do whatever makes him laugh even more just to hear it. It's a fantastic place to take your family and have a cook out and enjoy...

This is a very nice clean park.. Has a dog park also has a zip line for the kids to play on a rock climbing area as well.. There is a creek near by that has crawfish during the summertime.. It is a huge park and lots of table area's to enjoy a nice lunch .. One of the best parks in Huntington.. Also has bathrooms but they have been closed not sure y.. Also there are swings to play on..
