Hooked. Full. Happy. Already plotting my return.

The food? Absolutely spectacular. Bold flavors, generous portions, and none of that tired burger-taco-wrap déjà vu. If they keep this up (and I suspect they will), I’m locking in my status as a loyal regular.

Now hear me out—ditch your usual fast-casual fallback and give this place a go. The menu’s fresh and exciting, with coffee, chai, and other non-alcoholic delights to round out the experience. I missed the chai this time (rookie mistake), and I’ve been kicking myself ever since. Next round, I’m coming back for it—hopefully with the honey.

But it’s not just about the food. The place has splendid, comfortable seating that invites you to linger, clean and separate bathrooms for both men and women (yes, the details matter!), and a big screen TV adding just the right amount of chill vibe to the space. It feels like a spot designed for both conversation and connection.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Minaf, the owner—a born-and-bred Huntingtonian with Libyan roots, a warm demeanor, and a business mind that’s clearly in growth mode. He’s not just building a restaurant—he’s planting seeds for a better neighborhood experience.

So go. Take a friend. Take five. Places like this deserve a packed house and a loyal following. Huntington will rise—and this is exactly the kind of local spark that makes it happen....

What an absolutely delightful discovery! Vera Cafe has quickly become our new favorite spot in Huntington. Their crepe game is simply outstanding - both sweet and savory options are crafted to perfection. I went with the banana Nutella crepe and was blown away by how perfectly balanced it was. The crepe itself was impossibly thin and delicate, while the combination of fresh bananas and rich Nutella created the perfect indulgent treat. My wife’s egg and cheese crepe was equally impressive - fluffy eggs, perfectly melted cheese, all wrapped in that same perfectly executed crepe. To top it all off, we shared a date smoothie that was the ideal complement to our meal. Creamy, naturally sweet, and refreshing - it paired beautifully with both crepes. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and you can tell the staff takes real pride in what they’re serving. Every bite was a testament to their attention to quality and detail. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu - Vera Cafe has earned itself two very loyal customers! Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional food and a warm, inviting dining experience...

Cannot give enough stars. My husband has to use a walker and we were met at the door so he'd have no issues. Menus were given while we found a table. The atmosphere was so welcoming and comfortable. The special touches with the artwork, the music, the plants on the tables and the choices of table, couches or chairs just added to the ambiance. The owner, Manaf, came to our table before we ordered to make sure no questions about the menu. Daughter & Hubs ordered Mint Lemonade which was ready on the spot. So refreshing. I ordered the Yemen Chai Tea (hot). Amazing. Our food was brought out fairly quickly and was so fresh. Daughter had "After School Special", Hubs ordered "Italiano" & I had "Sultan Turkey". Oh my stars. We all tried each other's of course and I cannot recommend highly enough. We were leaving and the same man who opened the door when we got there was there to open it again and even made sure we got to the car. Friendly, welcoming and good food? And ample off-street parking? Refreshing treat for our family brunch together. Go see for yourself. You...
