We have been a Spurlockās customer for years and have been more disappointed than this last time with the arrangements we received for my grandfatherās funeral. My mother and grandmother went into Spurlockās on 2/15/23 to pick out some arrangement. They were shown only what they had online and were not offered variations or custom arrangements, the whole point of why they took they time to go into the store. They could have just stayed home and ordered. The arrangements arrived and they were small for the amount of money we paid for them. The flowers were just barely open and many were still closed. We had many other arrangements come from Spurlockās from various family members and they too were pitiful looking. We could tell which arrangements came from Spurlockās and which were from other florists. Spurlockās is not what it used to be. We will be looking for a new florist...
