Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Huntington

Literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. This isn’t just a bad day, it’s a consistent issue. Always out of ingredients and today they told me their press was broken so they couldn’t do soft tacos, burritos, and crunchy tacos (which doesn’t even make any sense because crunchy tacos don’t require a press). They also have two presses and I really doubt both were broken, the person just didn’t want to walk across the food prep area. My mom was with me ordered a salad and they got like 5 pieces of spinach in her bowl. I also only got rice, steak, and cheese on my bowl. I asked for a lot of cheese and they charged me for extra (they never have since I only get 3 ingredients). They also were super stingy with meat. For 3 people it was $38 to eat and the food wasn’t even good. I also got chips and the bag was 1/4 of the way full and most of them were crunched...

I ordered a burrito bowl with fajita veggies rather than a meat option. The employee informed me they were out of veggies and told me I could get something else or not have an order at all. I asked if I could skip that section of building the burrito bowl and move to toppings, as I don’t eat meat and there was not another option for me to choose, but I still wanted to get a bowl if possible. The employee told me that my request was fine and that people have made that request before, and we finished my order. As I was paying, the same employee turns to another employee working the line and says things along the line of “this girl didn’t even know what she was ordering, we don’t have veggie, apparently she doesn’t eat meat, she was being weird” all while I was staying a foot or two away. I found this very rude and I will not be ordering from this...

I had a customer the other day that asked me to give his restaurant (Chipotle Mexican Grill) a try. I am a creature of habit, and rarely try new things, but he seemed so excited about their food that I had to try it. I took my family on Sunday, and they were slammed with business. I was sure we would be in line for ever, but they were quick, courteous, and got our order exactly correct!!! That is saying something bc I have a large family, and we often get our orders wrong. We also get the oh boy here comes a big order look (which we did NOT get at Chipotle). The food was everything Jonathon Brucato said it was, and the service was fantastic.
