Went in February found the perfect dress. Paid for it told 2 weeks it would be here, ever since get a run around. they didn't offer to help my daughter find a new dress in it's place asked if we could just take the one rack as it fit her perfectly got told let me see if I can get a release for it. to only 3 hours later be told they don't have them in the store anymore!!! i asked to show Mr where they ordered it refuse i don't think they ever ordered her dress. didn't offer to find a new just refunded us. bad business. the girls who work are sweet but onwer needs to do...

We were visiting from our of town and looking for something different than was in our home area. After looking in Huntsville, Decatur and Hartselle we had almost given up until we found Calla Rouce. Definitely the best selection around! We found 2 perfect dresses but ultimately only needed 1 so it was a tough decision. The girls working were sweet, professional and so helpful.
