UPDATE: They said this was forwarded to the district manager, however nothing was ever done to reconcile the situation. Expect this store to do the always do the bare minimum.
Do not be fooled by this stores high average review score of 4+ stars. If you take a look at the reviews, all of the 5 star reviews are from a year ago or greater. The majority of the recent review are 3 stars or less, with most being 1 star. This store has become a horrible place to shop.
I have never experienced worse customer service then I received at this store. I purchased all new kitchen appliances along with a washer and dryer from this store and had so many problems that I would have gladly paid an extra $500 and purchased my appliances somewhere else to not have deal with the awful customer experience at this store.
During the course of order my appliances I was lied to about the availability of products multiple times. This resulted in me wasting hours of my time on the phone and waiting around the store for the employees to try to find the appliances in stock. I had to change the appliances I was getting multiple times because the employees continuously sold me out of stock products. When I finally did receive my appliances I was given floor models that have dents and scratches all over. And what did they do to make up for all of this? They just gave me $100 off for the floor models. I spent $4,000 on these new appliances , and instead of new appliances I got worn out, beaten up, scratched up, secondhand appliances and still paid $3800. This store will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you if you have any issues with your products or purchase. It has been almost 2 months since I purchased these appliances and I am STILL wasting my time trying to get the broken appliances I was sold as "new" repaired. If you think the prices at Electronic Express are good please realize, the reason they have low prices is because they have some of the worst customer service in any franchise store. You get what you pay for and at Electronic Express you are paying to be treated as an ANNOYANCE, not a CUSTOMER. A final word of advice, if you are making a large purchase, please go anywhere else, spend the extra $200 and get your appliances from a store that will treat you...

I have no idea how this store gets 4.5 stars in review average. I would assume every review on here is a fake.
My son bought a kitchen package + washer and dryer but they could not get in the refrigerator so they told him to go ahead and get it somewhere else. No problem there since the other store was running a Memorial Day sale and he got a good deal. He placed that order at another store. Electronic Express told him that they had everything in stock and he could pick it up on the weekend when he had access to a truck.
And thus the lies begin:
We showed up to pick everything up. The salesman had us stand around for over 30 min before they came out with just the microwave. They had nothing else in stock but could get it for us by the next Friday. We left the microwave and set a time to come back. They said after 4:00 when the truck would have came.
We came back and after waiting almost 1 hour they still had nothing in the store. Now they tell us they apologize and will deliver everything for free. Also they can get the refrigerator now and will give us a better deal on it for all of the trouble.
They are doing their best and are trying to make it right so sure.
The following week the washer, dryer, microwave, and dishwasher are all delivered as promised. They set up a delivery date for Friday for the range and refrigerator. We get an email about the delivery and everything looks good.
On to 2:00 on Friday. We call the store to ask about the delivery which is now beyond the window and the "new" manager now states there was never a delivery. They do not have the stove or refrigerator and can not get it. Their solution is to give us floor models of the stove and refrigerator for the same price. The refrigerator is an upgrade but still feel a little off about the whole thing. 15 min later they tell us the refrigerator is actually broken. Now they need to give us a different one that is a different brand. Still the same original price for the NEW items that were purchased.
This place and these employees are a joke. Do not enter this store! Run away and find ANY other place to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen visiting the store the sales person was professional and described that Frigidaire Professional series appliances and described the professional installation that is pretty much required for the Singel door refrigerator and freezer combo with the trim kit. Explained the financing options. And thatās where the professionalism stopped. After waiting for well over a week I had to call the store to let them know it now showed in-stock and I would like a delivery scheduled (the store never scheduled a delivery date until i called them). Again more waiting. Finally the delivery team showed up several days later only to tell me they are not qualified to install the appliances, the freezer was damaged (luckily I took pictures and documented it on the delivery slip) The delivery people who said they were not qualified to install it were told to leave read the instructions and come back to install it. This is not just adding a water line and plugging it in. they have to have parts removed new parts added, bolted together a trim kit added and leveled within the very specific cabinet dimensions required. I had to go to the store the following day, was told I was not lied to about professional installers when I purchased the appliances but that crew had been fired and a new crew hired. I was offered to keep the damaged freezer but the discount would not even cover the extended warranty I was asking for should I have an issue in a year as the damage was next to the compressor. I asked that sense I had to wait an additional 4 days that I be the first stop as we have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks. Nope we are now scheduled to be the last stop of the day. I am truly contemplating telling them to take it all back and get a refund and due...
