Your food has hit rock bottom and it has become inedible. When you are in the food business your food is your life’s blood and when you quit caring then it’s over. I have been a loyal customer since you were in your other location in this shopping center and I am moving on from you. There are way too many choices out here that are a better value and MUCH BETTER QUALITY. I have ordered numerous Hook and Ladders through Grub Hub that were disgusting so my wife and I thought we would actually visit the restaurant to see if it was Grub Hubs fault. NOPE! It’s you and your staff.I catered numerous lunches from this location when I did pharmaceutical sales and if I were still working I would be embarrassed to bring this into a physicians office. Actually, I would be scared they would get sick after eating this poorly prepared food. My wife and I were there at 12:05 on a Friday, there were 4 people eating at 1 table and 2 at another with only me and my wife ordering so the crowd is not a valid excuse . Actually, it should have been a red flag to my wife and I. Once upon a time this location was jumping. The lines were long because it was worth waiting for. On our visit we noticed the apathy among employees is unlike anything we have ever seen. Hook and Ladders are supposed to be steamed or heated .The last FIVE I have ordered have been cold, stale and hard. 4 through Grub Hub and this last one in person. The bread is so hard that I can’t bite through it and when I get a mouth full of the bread it’s absolutely awful. I attempted to revive your most recent disaster with a wet paper towel in my microwave but it was useless. Also, the sandwiches completely fall apart now because you have absolutely no idea what you are doing when you prepare them. The hard bread tells me you no longer care about the product you put out and neither does your management . You aren’t heating your sandwiches and it’s from laziness, not due to a crowd or a rush. Stale bread (white bread) in a sandwich shop is a sign of poor food inventory and a staff that gives zero f’s. You should be turning over bread so fast that it doesn’t have time to get stale unless it isn’t stored properly. I’m betting 100% the bread used for my Hook and Ladder was left out unwrapped from the night before and you didn’t have enough customers to move it out before I showed up. All of your diet drinks were out too and you didn’t know how to repair the machine on a Friday, during lunch hour, with no rain, while school is out. The missed sales opportunities uncovered after 1 in person visit was astonishing. Of course , you can’t trick the public very long with an inferior product and it seems that word is getting out as evidenced by your pathetic lunch crowd. We see when you cut corners, when quality goes down and service plummets and that’s when we go to other businesses. This economy is horrible and I dropped $54 on a lunch that’s unfit for prisoners. For the owner, I STRONGLY suggest you spend more time in your business because your losses can be easily identified in 1 lunch hour. If you can’t spot them then that’s a different level of incompetence. If you are the owner and you were there on Friday, June 7, 2024 at12:05 then sell your business because you either don’t know how to run it or you don’t care… neither is good. If you choose to keep it and not change anything then remember this review when you are sitting across from your bankruptcy attorney. You have nobody to blame but yourself. I noticed you are hiring… you should probably ask Chick Fil A how they do it. Chick Fil A seems to get really good help and puts out outstanding food during peak business hours with a line around the building. Kinda like this location once did. Now, you can’t put out 4 sandwiches with 6 customers in the dining area and 6 employees doing nothing. I have been extremely fair by giving you 5 separate chances. Most people leave after 1.If the tone of my review sounds angry it’s because I am. Shame on me for giving you a 5th chance. Anna, thanks for the contact. I sent this...
Read moreI went here yesterday and ordered $55 worth of food. I am 8 months pregnant. I stay on the other end of town which didn't make anything better. I got home with the food and as one of the children were eating they found hair in their food but me being me I asked her if she washed her hands if not that's prolly were it came from. Well that wasn't the case because one of the adults started eating that did wash their hands and what did she find some hair in hers too. Me and the other adult who had a sub decided we weren't even gone eat ours. A couple of the younger kids did eat most of theirs before I collected all of them and called the store to let them know. I told the lady that answered the phone what happened and I wanted my money back and she replied well you're going to have to bring the food back. Now my issue with that is im use to customer services being, we apologize for the inconvenience, if you bring the food back we will gladly refund you your money. To me this helps when someone has to come all the way to get a refund but moving on. I get there and yes im upset because mind you im 8 months pregnant and hungry so yes I had a bit of a attitude when speaking with the guy, who says he's the owner. He was telling me well you don't have to yell, which I wasn't really yelling at that point, frustrated yes but I wasn't yelling yet. Anyways he has my receipt and still saying we don't have to refund your money. At this point its getting real because I drove all the way back here and this what he's telling me. Ok I hear you sir but can you come on and refund me, I'm hungry. As he's putting on his glasses he pulled them down a little and started giving me this look so I looked back at him and he said im not refunding you. So I snapped, and let it be known how no worker in there had on a hair net and one of the employees pony tails was long as hell. It took a customer to pull me and try to give me money asking how much was my order but I didn't take it because firehouse owes me money. So my $55 dollars wasn't refunded, I didn't get to eat and they customer services over all sucks. I will never spend my money here and for anybody that do know if they mess your order up they don't have to refund you, so your loss. This experience has had me so emotional I keep having flash backs of the "owner" acting the way he acted and feeling like there's nothing that can be done. I know he wanted me to knock all that stuff over so he can call the police but I didn't I plan to figure out the next best thing to handle this situation because I didn't get my...
Read moreMyself and a close friend ate at this location on January 30th, 2019. We both got sick from eating the meatball sub. We were told by the manager at the time our meals would have been comped and we would get a free meal next time we came by. I called a week later to redeem this free meal and the manager responded with “Sorry, you would have had to have gotten sick 12 hours after eating here to have gotten sick from us” (we got sick 3 hours after eating there). So not only did myself and my close friend get sick, but we were shut out of our free meal that was told they’d give us. On top of this, the staff I talked to was very rude and disbelieving on the phone. Absolutely pitiful. Will not EVER spend my money at that...
