Hobby Lobby — Local services in Huntsville

I absolutely hate leaving this review but I’ve told several people and still nothing has changed . Mary is the absolute rudest employee I’ve ever met in my life ! Each time I would go in there she would snap at me and make me feel less than . I now avoid buying fabrics if I come in and she’s the one working . All the other ladies are incredibly nice and sweet and make me feel like a customer . If Mary hates her job that bad she needs to find something she enjoys because treating people like dirt isn’t the way . I’ve tried to make her laugh , smile ect in hopes that she would treat me with some respect but unfortunately that didn’t happen . I have several friends that shop for fabric at this hobby lobby as well and they all agree that she’s just rude with everyone . I hate getting anyone in trouble but my last encounter with her was just horrible. I ended up leaving my fabrics and walking out...

I went in to exchange an art book that I got for my wife's birthday, as the instructions were beyond her current level. This was done within just a few days of purchase with receipt. But, I was informed after some initial confusion of "where's the price" that they could not return/exchange the book because of "copy right issues". I can guarantee that your store is the ONLY store that I have ever heard of such an issue - and I have worked with copy right items prior. This is quite sad, as due to this, my wife and myself will not only inform others of the poor return policy (that, mind you, is not posted any where to inform of this possible issue - including your website), but will now take our business elsewhere that is further away, just to ensure that such an issue may never...

Was very disappointed with the customer service. I was looking for frames for my paintings. An associate approached me and said it was in their policy that they had to put the pictures into the frames. I explained I didn't feel comfortable with anyone handling my paintings but he was more than welcome to stay in there as I fitted them. After I found my frames at a few more items to pick up. she persisted to follow us around the store untill we checked out. I really got the feeling that we were getting followed around because I thought we were going to steal the frames and I didn't appreciate it at all. I had a deadline to meet so I had to pick up the frames today if not I would have taken my on $200 elsewhere. I will not be back to this hobby lobby if this is how they treat...
