Absolutely worst experience. They did not answer any questions and did not know how to transfer my information and I left with a bare phone. I went back and did their job for them. Getting my phone number transferred to another line, They told me I didn’t need a pin, and I did when I called the customer service line. They told me I didn’t need this and that and we did. They did not know how to help me. They did not know the process of it because they were not a corporate office? Also they sell WiFi but their building WiFi took 3 hours to transfer my information. I went there 2 times and spent over 2 hours each time. Called several times for information and was told they had to speak to their manager and would call me back but never did. Stay away because they do not know how to get you your information, I had to go on REDDIT...
