The look of the restaurant looked cool; chairs were comfortable, and my margarita was good. Those were the only good things about this restaurant. The waitress was extremely rude. She completely acted like my husband was not there and acted annoyed by me because I couldn't hear her and had to ask her to repeat herself. I was born with hearing loss and don't appreciate being treated bad because of it. Me and my husbands steaks were extremely over cooked and bland. They were very hard to chew. I had one bite. The waitress acted offended when my husband asked for steak sauce. His Pesi was flat. The Patatos were over cooked. The bread tasted kinda stale and the butter they gave you to go with it was impossible to spread so you had bread with a huck of butter on it. The salad was just pathetic. They literally put a hunck of lettuce on a plate drizzled it with dressing and gave u a small piece of tamato and a cucumber. The menu had about 3 iteams with half of it unavailable after a certain time. We had never been here we did not know. When I asked the waitress to give us more time to decide what we wanted she said o ok and walked away. When she saw the look of pure anger on our faces at how she was acting she would kinda laugh and pat our shoulders say an obviously fake sorry and walk off. Can u tell I did not enjoy this restaurant? Now let me go get...
Read moreA mostly average meal. We were happily greeted by a tired but friendly bartender. Jessica took over and took our order. She seemed very busy but mostly attentive. The menu was simple which normally is a huge plus. There was a 8, 12, 16, 24, 32 oz sizes of prime rib along with a black and blue salad or 7 or 14oz steak tips. The steaks were served with wedge salad and baked potato. My lady ordered 14 oz steak tips cooked medium. I had the 24 oz prime medium rare. Both came out as ordered. We did wait for a refills on water several times. The good and bad. The service was ok but not overly friendly. The steaks were cooked as requested. The horseradish was good but not great. The baked tater lacked anything special (not even a salted skin). The inside of the restaurant was dimly lit with a couple of drunks swearing at the bar. The most memorable item was the cheesecake. Please if you eat here order the cheesecake. Everything else was just average and a good but definitely not best prime rib. It needed to be dunked in au jus for the best flavor. The steak tips were definitely chewy for a steakhouse. PS. Order the...
Read moreI really hate to do this but what in the world is going on here. We have been comming to this place for the past 10 years and been ranting and raving about the consistency of how great the food is at primetime. The past 3 times we have been here has been a let down and disappointment. All three times my steak tips have come out rubbery, dry, and waaaaaaaaaaaay over cooked past well done. This is your speciality for crying out loud and the cook doesn't know the temps between, medium, rare, and well done? The cook should be embarressed to be putting out food like this. I always order medium well, and for the past 3 times we have been there, my tips were worse than well down. I had to douse the meat in ranch to be able to chew it and swallow it. Next time I'll save myself the 80 bucks and cook my own steaks at home....
