I called Alex on a Monday, We met on Wednesday to double check parts needed. He ordered parts and following Wednesday called. I dropped off computer that night and he had it back to me Thursday night. Everything worked...log in, passwords, and it was 4 times faster. My computer was making such strange noises I thought it was possessed! It would turn on and then shut down and I got a black screen so I thought for sure the hard drive had crashed. I was in the middle of a very busy work day and couldn't afford downtime.
