Burger King — Restaurant in Huron

Service was extremely slow i waited 20 min in drive thur. Pleasant enough taking order but my shake was completely melted when I got it. I ordered a whopper with cheese and bacon. I received a hamburger with cheese and bacon but was charged for a whopper. I went back and ordered a whopper to see if the size had changed, no the whopper was In a whopper wrapper where my "1st" whopper was in a hamburger wrapper. The car in front of me returned a sandwich for the correct sandwich. And Kenny the drive thur attendant was leaning out the window chatting with the second car ahead of me. When I called him out he said they were looking for their card but he didn't take a card from them nor did he give them food. I was stuck around the corner at the order menu, but this is what I witnessed when I drove around the corner in full view of the pick up window. When I worked fast food many years ago there was a 30 second time limit to get money, give drink and food, and get them on their way. How times have changed for the worse. I'm Writing This after Lobby close, Because me and my party of 11 people were Rudely and forcefully told that Lobby was Close at 9:15 pm Tonight By the On Duty Manager, But Clear States on the Door, The App, and Google that Lobby was open until 10pm and there were people getting food, and eating inside the restaurant. As a Former manager of A BK myself, I Understand not being ready, being understaffed all it, but this was unacceptable behavior of Management. When Mitchell was Open, we rolled with the punches. Will we eat here again maybe not if this is how your management treats your customers, and I can ensure you that I won't be the only complaint you will see about this, Bec I'm pretty sure there is plenty of dart players and my family filling this out. P.S. We weren't able to Get food or even approach the counter before the manager Rudely told use the main side door was locked but the door by the was unlocked, and then told us in the same tone, they were closed...

Absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. My order was made to my request (rare, given my specific instructions when ordering).

My meal was very fresh, and tasted wonderful.

The drive thru was a bit slow, but not necessarily restaurants fault given middle of lunch rush.
